Following our qualification to apply after winning two awards at last year’s Crescents’ & Stars of Packaging (Türkiye) competition, Huhtamaki Flexibles has been awarded for both submissions in the Packaging Materials & Components category.
Omnilock™ MAX is designed to deliver strong barrier performance while supporting recyclability, offering a more sustainable alternative to conventional high-barrier implementations for PE flexible packaging solutions.
Omnilock™ Ultra PAPER is a fully recyclable, heat-sealable, ultra-high-barrier paper solution developed to replace non-recyclable multi-layer paper, plastic, and aluminum laminates. With FSC®-certified paper content, it delivers barrier performance comparable to aluminum/plastic combinations, ensuring no compromise on product shelf life. The solution also provides protection against mineral oil and water, combining sustainability with high technical performance.
