Meet Jürgen Enderle, General Manager, Flexibles Western Europe

Jürgen Enderle's journey with Huhtamaki began in 1995, when he joined the company as an apprentice in his hometown of Ronsberg, Germany. After completing his studies and gaining experience elsewhere, he returned to Huhtamaki in 2004. 

"Returning to Huhtamaki felt like coming home," says Jürgen. "It's a place that meant a lot to me, both personally and professionally." 

Over the years, Jürgen has taken on a variety of roles across operations and leadership, including international assignments that broadened his perspective and helped him develop new skills. By embracing new challenges and continuous learning, he steadily expanded his responsibilities and built a long-term career with the company. Today, he serves as General Manager in Ronsberg within the Flexibles segment.
