Amendment of Article 9 of Huhtamäki Oyj's Articles of Association
HUHTAMÄKI OYJ STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE 19.4.2010 AT 10:00
Amendment of Article 9 of Huhtamäki Oyj's Articles of Association adopted by Huhtamäki Oyj's Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on March 24, 2010 has today been registered with the Finnish Trade Register. The amendment relates to the amendment of the Finnish Companies Act which entered in force on December 31, 2009. The current Articles of Association are presented in their entirety on Huhtamäki Oyj's website www.huhtamaki.com. Resolutions of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders have been published in a Stock Exchange Release on March 24, 2010.
