Changes in Huhtamaki Group Executive Team
Shashank Sinha (49), Bachelor of Eng., MBA, has been appointed as Executive Vice President, Flexible Packaging and member of the Group Executive Team reporting to Jukka Moisio, CEO, as of April 14, 2014. He will head the Group's global Flexible Packaging business segment and be based in Mumbai, India. Shashank Sinha joins Huhtamaki from Godrej Consumer Products Ltd., where he was President, International Business. Prior to Godrej, Shashank has worked at Navis Capital Partners in India as well as in various senior management positions in Sara Lee Corporation and Reckitt Benckiser Group, located in Asia, Europe and Latin America.
Suresh Gupta (61), Executive Vice President, Flexible Packaging and a long-term member of Huhtamaki management will step aside from the role of Executive Vice President and continue as a Senior Advisor for the Group reporting to CEO Jukka Moisio.
